Return & Refund Policy

At Easybay.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• The product must not be damaged, tampered with, or partially consumed.

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Return Shipping

• The return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

• Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following may not qualify for return:

• Opened or partially consumed food items

• Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
